What is the best Blu-Ray DVD player out there for a tight budget?

I’m looking at blu-ray players to give my dad for Christmas only I have no clue which are best for my money… I want to spen under 0 if not under 0 on it. I just have no clue what’s the best one to get!
I’m looking at the Sony BDP-S360 is it any good?

No you go for the Sony playstation slim for $199.99 you can rent movies on this also play games and watch blu-ray movies. This would be the best bang for your buck.
