i had the rumor touch but the texting wouldn’t work so i returned it and will be buying a new phone at the beginning of next month and i was thinking about getting the intercept

I want to buy a text messaging plan so i can talk to my friends without using min on my phone. Before i had a plan i accidentally ran up the phone bill by texting when i shouldnt have and i lost my phone for about 2months. How do i convince my mom to let me buy the texting plan. I can get unlimited texts to anyone for 19$ a month and i make 20$ a month.

I want a new T-Mobile cell phone and usually buying it online gives you discount than going to the store, but when I want to buy a cell online, i always have to choose a plan? I just want the cell phone and I already have a SIM card, family plan, and unlimited texting.

Do I have to choose a plan to get the cell?
