Hi, I have tried connecting my xbox 360 today to a Sharp Aquos LCD TV. The picture looked great on 1080 resolution, however there was no sound. I have heard that Video gamee consoles can be damaging to certain types of HD TVs, not sure about this one though. If anybody knows about this and could help out, I would definetly apreciate it. i have a sharp aquos lcd tv and i just got a dish hd reciever. we have a surround sound box in the entertainment system. how do i hook up the surround sound to the tv so i can get sound whenever i switch inputs for example, it works with the satalite but when i switch the imput to imput 4, for the wii, i still get the satalite sound?

I just bought the LC-C6554U, Sharp Aquos LCD TV. I was able to get my Directv remote to work for both the receiver and TV, but I cannot get the Sharp remote to control the Directv receiver. Which remote is better to use? In the TV manual, it gives codes to program to certain VCR’s and DVD’s, but nothing for my DirecTv HD DVR.
Any suggestions?
