Complete review here: www.swedroid.se Come a long as we take the ASUS Eee Pad Transformer Prime on a gaming session with titles such as Riptide GP, Shadowgun and a bunch of classics including Mario Kart, Super Mario 64, Legend of Zelda: Majora’s Mask, Crash Bandicoot 3, Donkey Kong 3… Pretty much everything we throw at this tablet feels a solid 50-60FPS. The Transformer Prime in this video is running Android 3.2 and is set to “Normal speed mode”. Games: Reckless Getaway, Shadowgun, Riptide GP. Emulators: SuperGNES, N64oid, FPse Bluetooth does work via the “sixaxis tool” on Android Market (requires root). It is however limited and doesn’t work with Riptide GP nor Shadowgun (gamepad not detected). It does work with a few emulators after some tweaking, but it’s far from as quick and easy as with a USB connection. Music via Audiojungle: Sonic Byte – Mystic Dance One more thing. We did speed up the first chapter (connecting controller) and the last chapter (failing with connecting controller) by 20%. Everything that has to do with displaying a game is of course running at native FPS. Video was recorded with Panasonic SD900 @ 50 FPS (PAL).
